I absolutely love dogs! I grew up with dogs my whole life and have walked dogs through Rover for the past couple years, everything from a labradoodle puppy to a senior golden retriever. I love all types of dogs, big and small. I am also a photographer, so I love taking photos of your furry friend to send updates and will always keep in good communication. I have some dog training experience as well. I do not smoke and I am a very responsible person. I live right in Davis square and have a car, so I can take clients in the Somerville/Cambridge area. I work from home some weekdays and can do a walk or dog park visit in the day. I also have weekends off and would love to fill them with some doggos!

Katie is amazing! She is always great with my dog Hampton, he loves her! She has been so helpful with even a dog with extreme energy. She communicates extremely well and I feel so lucky to have her help with dog walking!

I love dogs with all my heart and know just how important they are to us! I would never want them to be in an unsafe environment and am extremely cautious of this. I keep dogs on a short leash when walking, don’t let them off leash, don’t let them eat things off the ground, and I’m very responsible with being given a key to the apartment/house (I always lock up when I leave).

I have no breed preferences! I just prefer not to walk or sit for highly aggressive dogs. I love puppies, so I can definitely walk or sit for puppies! I grew up with a basset hound, have walked golden retrievers, have family with boxers, and now we have our own pitbull/hound mix!
A typical day
We will go on walks around the neighborhood or to a park to throw a ball if there is a park nearby (and if your dog is trained to come). I honestly love going for walks so nothing would make me happier than to take your dog for a nice walk around the neighborhood. I live in Davis square and love the bike path for this.

Availability
I work full-time in the office several days, but I use my lunch break on my days working from home to walk dogs. My typical walk is 30 minutes so just let me know if your dog needs more time!
