Pet care experience
Honestly, I love dogs and other animals more than anything else. I’ve always been good with pets and love playing with and caring for them as often as possible. Since moving into a rental I’ve been missing that animal interaction (family dogs aren’t living close anymore). I’ve had dogs since I was 10 and did a lot of the training with my family’s younger dog who we’ve had for about 6 years now. I also house/dog-sit for friends frequently. I promise your pet will be well loved and cared for (and will get lots of love and attention). I will be sure to tire out your pup with walks (sometimes runs) and play time every day. I will be taking a dog first aid course soon and will update this once I have the certification.

Katherine took care of my two boys for a week while I was away on holidays. She was great! The boys seemed happy and healthy when I got home. She sent lots of pictures with her updates. Easy to get a hold of if I needed anything.

Booked Kat again for drop in visits for our cat while we were away. This was a longer stay and as usual she kept us very well informed, communication was wonderful and we are extremely happy knowing our kitty is in great care! This was our third time booking cat and she always does an amazing job and our cat loves her!

A typical day
On a typical day of dog walking/sitting, I will play fetch or tug-of-war or whatever games your pets tend to like. I like taking pets out to walk through trails or in scenic areas. If your dog is happy to play in a dog park, I can bring them there too.

I work full time, but have a flexible schedule on evenings and weekends. For dog sitting, I can check in on your pets before work and stay with them after work for a few hours.
