Many times I like to know what kind of past experience your dog has with meeting new people, and if there has been times in the past where you have left your dog under the care of someone else for a period of time that is equivalent to my stay. How did they do with this experience, and if there were any issues that happened while the owners were away. Know how a dog interacts with other dogs is also very helpful to know. Do they get along well with others or do they prefer to stay alone? I have many friends who themselves have dogs and sometimes it is nice to have doggy playdates and allow for everyone to be a little social, but only with owners permission. I also always require for the owners to leave me vet information just incase something happens while they are away. Knowing a pets medical history always great too, such as if they are prone to eating sox or experiencing bloat very easily.

I, in many cases, like to keep the current activity routine the same as it is when the owner is around, for many dogs routine is needed and sometimes good, and I don't want to be the reason things are screwed up with the owner returns home. Some people in the past have informed me that their dog does well on car rides, and exploring new places. I personally am a very outdoors loving gal, and love to take pups with me to local river spots, or easy hiking trails in the area. Play fetch outside is always a great activity to do with dogs, because I too enjoy running around chasing toys outside.
