Pet care experience
I am a huge animal lover and have had pets since the age of 5. You name it, we had it. I LOVE dogs and cats the most, we always had at least 3 growing up. Experience training the most hyper chihuahua I ever met to be able to sit by the door at a pet store and wait (with me out of sight) no matter how long I was gone. I love making sure dogs have the guidance and training they need in order to thrive. Experience caring for cats and dogs through all stages of their lives from puppies and kittens all the way to elderly and sick. I have a huge heart for people and animals and fall in love with every animal I meet.

Katherine is great. She took care of our home and three cats. She did everything we asked of her and more. She communicated well with us while we were away and was very thorough. I could t be happier about my experience with Katherine and will absolutely contact her again for home / cat sitting.
I met Katherine several years ago when she took a leadership training that I lead. I was so impressed, that I ended up hiring her! She is not only invaluable to work with, but she has become a close friend. She is from MN and has many ”Midwest” values- friendly, hard-working, and loyal. She loves animals, and our 3 cats love her. In fact, one of them seems to love her more than my wife or me! She has taken care of them when they were sick. She is extremely responsible, to the point that she will handle anything that comes up rather than let anything slide. The last time she stayed at our house for a week, she actually cleaned our refrigerator for us (a bit embarrassing to admit, and I can’t promise that she’ll clean yours 🙂). She has a key to our house, and I wouldn’t trust anybody more than Katherine.

Please let me know if your pet has special preferences, fears, etc. Even things they love, or don't ... example "does not like to be picked up" or "she panics when you shut the door", "lamb-chop is his favorite toy and he can't live without him," etc... I want your little loved ones to have the best experience.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks, it's so important for their overall health. I love to play with them, throw toys, and of course cuddle and give them lots of pets. I focus on anything that boosts their physical and mental health when their parents are away so they don't have added stress in what can be a tough time for them.

Availability
I live in Marina Del Rey and am home on weekends, then work in Brentwood during the week. I do work long hours Monday-Friday, so couldn't do frequent potty breaks. Right now, cats would be the best fit, or pups who have a puppy pad or space they can go.
