🔒 Safe and Secure: My home is dog-proofed and secure, ensuring a safe environment for your pet at all times. I have a sensor-activated electronic dog door easily accessing a large, fenced-in backyard. For dogs that are potty-trained with no major behavioral issues, they can have unrestricted use. I use car harnesses, seatbelts, and a dog seat (for the littles) for car rides. I even have crates for all sizes, if your pup uses one. Don't stress about leaving your beloved pup behind when you're away. Choose me as your trusted dog sitter, and your furry friend will enjoy a vacation of their own!

If your dog has any special needs or behaviors (e.g., aggression, separation and destructive separation anxiety, escapism, etc.), please let me know in advance. With 4-5 weeks of notice, I may be able to adjust my schedule to be home for pups with debillitating anxiety. Dogs with destrucrtive tendencies must be crate-trained and will need to be crated while I am out, for both their safety and the integrity of my home. Dogs using a crate need to be well crate-trained and not out of control in the crate. Dogs that are using a crate or that cannot be in the yard unsupervised, will need to be able to wait 8 - 8.5 hours to eliminate. In addition, my preference is for dogs that are potty trained and do not mark in the house. Proof of vaccination required for boarding and daycare, including Bordatella (kennel cough) and flea/ticks.
A typical day
I want my guests to have an enjoyable vacation. They'll get to play with lots of toys, chase squirrels in the yard, and snuggle on the couch. They'll also get walks in varied locations (parks, the neighborhood, dog-friendly trails) and car rides. It's their vacation - I aim to make it memorable!

⏰ I currently work part-time outside the home, with only a couple of full-time days each week that vary week-to-week. I will keep their schedule consistent with yours. I treat all dogs as if they are my own, and prioritize their physical and mental well-being.
