I've cared for and spent time with many different kinds of dogs, cats, and other furry friends throughout my life. I understand from personal experience how easy it is to find a best friend in a pet! I adopted a 4 year old lab retriever from a shelter a few months ago and she has already changed my life. My favorite part of petsitting is how fulfilling it is to learn how I can make dogs, cats, or other pets most comfortable and happy in the absence of his or her owner. I've cared for my own large dog, various mid-sized dogs of family members, my family's senior dachshund who was blind and deaf, used diapers, and had a special diet. I have cared for another friend's sweet senior puppy who was blind, deaf, and needed assistance with stairs. I also have experience caring for a friend's lovely pack of three dogs at once, two of which are large-seized breeds and the other small. I also have experience working with severe skin sensitivities and allergies of my own dog.
