Katherine was amazing! This was our first time using rover so was a bit nervous leaving our pup with a stranger but Katherine made everything perfect. Dexty gets a bit aggressive with other dogs but got along really well with jack so we were happy!

I've used Rover a few times before and haven't always had the best experience. However, Katherine has been an absolute gem. She takes care of your dog like a member of her own family. You can tell that she chooses to watch your dog because of her love for dogs. Most importantly (at least for me), she's normal. I've come across several odd people on Rover in the past. Although we all have our idiosyncrasies, some dog people can be downright weird and obsessive. Katherine comes across as friendly, clean, prompt, professional, and confident. I will definitely be using her services again in the future and have complete confidence in her caring for my dog.
