Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile. I’ve had pets all my life and have been a professional house and pet sitter for the past 5+ years. I enjoy taking care of both dogs and cats and have found that I’m especially well-suited for more anxious pets who need a calm and gentle presence in their homes while their beloved owners are away.

One of my neighbors referred Katherine and she was great! She came and did a meet and greet at our house with our pups before house sitting for us. Katherine watched my 2 fur babies for a long weekend and did a great job communicating. She sent multiple pictures and videos. We can't wait to have her back!

Having traveled so much and stayed in so many different accommodations, including, but not limited to Airbnbs, tiny houses, apartments, hostels, hotels, and treehouses, I understand how to be a respectful houseguest. I take a lot of care to be clean, quiet, and a good communicator when I'm staying in someone's home, especially when I'm being trusted with their fur babies. Having grown up with pets since the moment I was born, I understand how they are members of the family and I always treat them like they’re my own!

Every dog’s personality is different as well as their temperament around people. Including the essentials like medication and food requirements, I’m also keen to know how your dog reacts to other dogs and people, if there’s anything that spooks them that I should avoid, what mischief or aggression they may get up to, and how much cuddling and attention they’re up for.
A typical day
I love photography and will be sure to send plenty of action shots of your pets. If your dogs are interested in short drives, I would love to take them to the park, beach, or on short hikes (I’m a novice hiker myself). When I’m home, my lap is always open for pets and cuddles.
