Pet care experience
Former college graduate from UCF, I'm extremely flexiable with hours, breeds and requests! I am a very active person who loves to play with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I was a dog bather for over a year, so I am trained to clip nails, sanitary trims, pad trims, gland expression, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail grinding, etc. and I have also worked in a dog daycare/boarding/grooming facility for over 3 years as a director of operations as well. I am knowledgeable with dogs, and most importantly I love them! Healthy dogs make happy dogs. I am able to administer any types of medications and special requests and am trained in overnight care. I've pet sat 3 lbs malteses and 130+ lbs Great Danes. Every dog has their own personality and I can't wait to meet yours! Please don't hesitate if you have any questions or concerns. I have 2 small dogs (Jack Russell Mix, and a Mutt). I went out of town for 6 days and booked my stay with Katherine. She was great!!! I got tons of pictures and videos of them getting belly rubs and walks. She listened to all my directions on their feeding instructions and bathroom breaks, and also administered insulin to my older jack russell named Oreo. When I came home my dogs looked happy as can be. Definitely booking my next stay with her again. Highly recommend her.
Katie is a great pet-sitter! She always made sure that my little guy never felt alone and that he was loved. Katie always sent pictures and videos of my dog when I was away. Will definitely use Katie again soon!
Katherine is hands-down the ultimate dog-lover and petsitter I know. I would recommend Katherine to anyone in a heart beat. She is so loving and caring towards my dogs. The second Katherine met my furry friends, they were immediately attached. She gave them so much love and attention, and their tails did not stop wagging. I know my pets are in good care when I leave them with Katherine. Katherine is responsible, considerate, and nurturing towards your pets. I love all breeds. I personally own a pit bull and Weimaraner mix as well as a pit bull/German Shepard/husky/bulldog mix. No breed restrictions for me! Bring on the dogs! All I'd like to know is age, breed, weight, any medications, or anything particular I should know about your dog (Such as previous injuries). Meet and greets are a must, and bathing services (such as nail clipping, grinding, bathing, brushing, etc) upon request!
A typical day
Going to dog parks, long walks on trails, around the neighbor, fetch in the bark yard, and taking your pup where ever I go! And most importantly... extra love!
