Katherine was our favorite dog sitter and we were very sad when she left California. We had two yellow Labs, aptly nicknamed, "naughty" and "nervous", but she had no problem taking care of both unique personalities. Whenever we came home from being away, the house was clean, and the dogs always seemed happy, healthy, and very content. Now, I know dogs can't tell you what really happens, but their excitement at seeing Katherine arrive when we went out of town and their calm, happy tail-wagging attitude when we returned made it clear without words that they had been well cared for by Katherine. Do not hesitate to let her take care of your best friend whether for an afternoon walk or as a (very responsible) house/dog sitter in your home.

Katherine regularly looked after our dog, Django, which was a great help when trying to juggle a career, busy schedule and owning a pet. She is very reliable, great with our dog, and kept us updated with how he was getting on. Django can be a bit of a handful and Katherine was really good at making sure he behaved himself and got enough exercise. More generally, Katherine is a really nice and friendly person and very easy to get on with - I'd happily recommend her as an excellent dog sitter.
