What a fantastic first experience! Initial communication with Katherine over Rover was really easy and clear. When she came by for the meet & greet, it also became obvious that there's no such thing as "too much detail" to tell her in advance; and although our cats have some complex medical and dietary situations, it felt like none of this was daunting to her. A clincher was that our youngest cat, who's very shy and usually hides from new humans, took to her instantly instead of cowering in the basement for the whole visit. As far as we can tell since coming home from our trip, and going by her reports, everything went supremely well and there were no logistical hiccups, so we're just thrilled! But the icing on the cake was that our return home got delayed several hours later than we expected, and Katherine was *beyond* accommodating when we asked whether she could do an extra visit to feed the cats before they'd panic about starving overnight. She significantly de-stressed us during a very stressful situation on our end, and that meant the world to us. We will absolutely book again!

We are so happy to have found Katherine. She takes incredible care of our dog, Brinkley, whether for a week or just a day. We can be at ease knowing he’s in loving, caring hands and also having a great time with his buddy (Katherine’s dog) Berklee.
