So i recently adopted Cedric, a rescue dog from the streets of Mexico and it required me to completely adjust my schedule and life requiring overnight boarding when I travel for work. For all of you fellow pet parents out there you understand how difficult it is to put our trust in someone else to care for our fur babies that in many cases are a member of the family. I reached out to Katherine and she quickly replied and was patient with me and my thousands of questions. She suggested we have a meet and greet prior to booking and I was happy with that idea. I met with Katherine and her super sweet Labrador Retriever named Hope. The meet and greet went great and I got to meet Katherine’s family and check out her fully secure and spacious back yard. It was beautiful to see my Cedric running off leash and having a blast with Hope. I got plenty of photos and updates during Cedric’s 5 day stay and I have to tell you I couldn’t be more happy. Katherine made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really put my mind at peace and after the first day i was finally able to relax and I had %100 confidence that Cedric was in good hands. She took him for daily walks, gave him plenty of belly rubs and treat and lots of loving. You can tell Katherine and her family love pets and have a home that is good vibes all around. Katherine is the primary caretaker and oversees to the well being of your pet with her husband there for supplemental entertainment and loving for your fur babies. Thank you Katherine and family . You will definitely be seeing us again.

This is our first time using Rover Drop-in Home Visit option and initially was not reluctant in doing so for many reasons. Ms Katherine right away scheduled a meet up beforehand with us and Chewie, without even us asking for it, before finalising our needs. She right away bonded with Chewie at the same time made us more reluctant in choosing our service option. We are very very fortunate to have Ms. Katherine take care of one of our family member, Chewie. Ms. Katherine made sure our needs are met, and most specially Chewie’s needs and wants. She treated Chewie as her own, going above and beyond expectations. She also communicated as much to keep us updated. Even though we only chose the Drop-In Home service option, we would definitely make her our priority and first choice, if needed, to take care of Chewie both as drop-in visit, boarding, or other care needs. We appreciate Ms Katherine and most definitely pleasure to have found and meet her. We highly recommended Ms Katherine from our family.
