I truly believe life is best lived with dogs! I’ve had one or two for most of my adult life and loved growing up with a family dog. My two small rescue dogs Dolly (6ish, shih tzu mix) and Scooter (4ish, terrier mix) are happy and excited to welcome friendly and calm small pup friends into our home for daycare and boarding! My flexible schedule, vast experience with dogs of all ages, and big heart have made me a frequent dog sitter over the years for my circle of friends.

Katherine was so responsive and incredible with our dog. She took him on a long walk and played with him in the extra time. Would have her come again!
Katherine took the best care of Vixie, my mini Aussie/border collie!! Vixie did day care for 3 days and quickly became very comfortable with Katherine and her dogs- eager to see them all the next day!! She sent lots of picture and video updates and I felt totally at ease knowing that she was in good hands. Will definitely be using Katherine again!!
So patient and knowledgeable, especially with my nervous, older, more complicated pup. She even took the time to connect with me after to share a summary of her visits, which gave me great areas of opportunity to work with in training. Thank you again!

I have a comfy home on a quiet cul de sac street with a fenced yard. My two small dogs are sweet and playful, preferring to nap or check for the Amazon truck most of the day. I work upstairs from my home office in a corporate product marketing job. We typically take a short walk on the street every day to get in some sniffs and stretch our legs. I try to make sure that visiting pups get cuddles and attentive care to have a fun mini vacation of their own!

A typical day
Keeping to routines keeps everyone on track, but I do love to mix in dog walks to new places! My pack is usually up by 8 for “work” (eating their breakfast, going outside, and sleeping in my office). We typically take a mid day short walk to get our mail and some sniffs, or we will opt for fetch and lounge time in the back yard. We sometimes take a post-work walk someplace nearby, and have dinner around 630. Couch and TV cuddles with the pack are great to relax, along with some witching hour playtime and fetch.

Availability
I work from home full-time, so I have availability to let dogs out and give lots of attention! On weekends, I’m almost never gone for more than 4 hours.
