Hello! I am so excited to meet you and your pet! I am a full time graduate student in New Orleans who just loves dogs! I have three sweet, spayed rescue girls of my own. In my undergraduate program I worked for three years as a veterinary assistant and I have volunteered with shelters for the past ten years. I own my home and I possess a substantial fenced yard where my dogs love to play! I do not have any children or other pets. I very rarely leave New Orleans! I take online classes with my graduate program and only have out of the house obligations for four hours on Mondays! I have been a pet sitter casually in New Orleans for the past two years and would able to provide plenty of references. I have decided to do Rover full time because I just adore dogs and I like have new friends in the house for my girls to meet! Thanks for reading! I hope to meet you and your "fur-baby" very soon!

Katherine is one of the most selfless people I know. She will drop what she is doing to help a friend. She one time searched a whole neighborhood during a torrential downpour for a friend's dog that had escaped. She goes above and beyond the call of duty when taking care of dogs. She will do time consuming activities like bathing, blow drying and cuddling with dogs during a storm. At the core of her being, she truly loves dogs.

I have no breed preferences. The only thing I ask is that your dog not be dog-aggressive! I have years of experience administering medication to animals, even those that aren't exactly thrilled about it. ;) I always ask what your dog's "triggers" are when we go for walks so I can make sure that your animal has the most stress-free walk imaginable. I also like to know if your baby has separation anxiety. No worries if this is the case! One of mine has it and we have spent years finding what makes her most comfortable.
A typical day
I love to walk in Audobon park or around my sleepy little neighborhood! I love to explore with my girls, so if your dog is up for it then we can go for adventures around town!
