Hi I’m Katie! Just a little about me is that I am a fun, animal loving, outgoing person. I have 3 pets of my own that are my whole world, my sheltie Bajie and my 2 cats, Persephone and Apollo. I love taking Bajie for walks everyday through my neighborhood and also playing fetch and tug of war in my backyard with him. I would be absolutely delighted to take care of your fur babies for you. I work full time from home so I am home basically 24/7, which would allow me to give your pet all of the attention they need! I used to regularly walk dogs as a part-time personal business but stopped for a while due to a busy schedule. However, I am now happy to say that I have A LOT more free time to do what I love, which would be caring for animals. I have worked previously at doggie daycares in the past and have had experience with all kinds of pets of different sizes, breeds, and ages. I have also been professionally trained in dog bathing which includes: shampooing and conditioning, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, fur/hair brushing, and nail trimming, all of which I’d be happy to do for you for a reasonable cost. I also have an extremely furry long haired dog, which requires quite a bit of weekly maintenance that I have personal experience with. I have plenty of personal experience with cats as well, given that I grew up with cats and also own 2 of them. Both of my cats are neutered/spayed, very sweet, and well behaved. If your pet were to board with me I can confidently say there would be no issues of aggression from any of my other animals whatsoever. I have a 3 bedroom house with a large living room and backyard which would give your pet plenty of space to roam and play or to just take a nap. Katherine was wonderful. I had my plans change last minute and she was available and worked with me to find a plan that worked for both of us. My two cats were well cared for and she sent pictures everyday. I will definitely have her watch my fur-babies again!
Katie was wonderful to my girls and I felt so comfortable leaving them for 5 days knowing she was there to care for them! She sent me pictures/videos and updates everyday and it was clear that they loved her and were having a blast while I was gone. I will definitely be requesting Katie again in the future.
I have always known Katherine to have a deep love for animals. We worked together at a pet store, where Katherine took her job seriously with providing amazing guidance to pet owners, and care for the animals in the salon. I’ve seen firsthand how the animals in her care are treated, she continuously going above and beyond for their needs.

Before sitting your pet I will need to know a few key things. 1) Do they have any illnesses or allergies? 2) Are they food aggressive, toy aggressive, or pet aggressive? (Meaning do they with get aggressive when they are eating, playing with a toy, or if another pet comes near them?). 3) Are they spayed or neutered? 4) Are they crate trained/ house trained? Also no I do not have any breed preferences, I love all of them!
A typical day
I love to play fetch and tug of war with dogs and being able to take them on nice walks is so nice and refreshing for me. I have a nice small neighborhood away from any busy roads so I have no issues walking them all around and they would be completely safe with me. :)
