Pet care experience
I adopted my former dog, Madison, when I was a Sophomore in college as a puppy and raised her to 13 when she passed. She lived a full life and was the sweetest dog that loved love. I decided to give myself time to grieve and decided to wait to get another pet. In the meantime I cat sat for my neighbor. I am now currently an active foster for Alive Rescue and took care of an Akita/Besenji mix and rehabbed him to trust men. I also sometimes dog sit an adorable pigmy Pug named Betty as well as a Bouvier named Griffy. I can handle all sorts of dogs, regardless of size and am a very active person so I can keep up with an active dog, but I also don't have a problem just lounging around with a cuddler.

I have a gated back area and my apartment is only accessible using one flight of stairs. I live in a one bedroom with no roommates. I am currently not fostering so no other animals at the moment.
Information Kathaleen C. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know what their activity level is, sociability, level of training they have received. I'd also like to know if like kids, my neighborhood has a lot of families and their children will run up and pet the dogs without haste so this information is extremely important to avoid any incidences. I would also like to know of any dietary restrictions.
A typical day
I would take them on walks, long or short. I live close to Division St, so if your dog is a people person I can take them on patios. There is also a dog park in Bucktown that I would love to take them to.

I am currently working part-time and have an open schedule. I was working full-time as a bartender and have decided to step away from restaurant work with the exception of working events here and there.
