Pet care experience
I love both dogs and cats, but I am 100% cat person. I've been around cats all my life, and I love them. I have two cats in my family (the first one I got as a kitten, and another one I adopted from a rescue) but they do not live with me at the moment. I am very into cat psychology, and I can read their behavior very well. I can literally befriend any cat, no matter how shy it is!

Katerina did an amazing job looking after our cat for a month while we were away. She sent lots of pictures (practically every day), so we could see how well our little fur baby had settled in. It was clear that she was totally comfortable staying there. We especially loved all the great vantage points for her to look out of the windows at the trees and birds. We would definitely recommend Katerina and would not hesitate to use her again! Thanks so much!
Katerina was an incredible sitter for my little kitty. She sent me photos and videos every day for 11 days, mornings and evenings. My cat was so happy at her place, which is very well set up to host. She also helped me coordinate my parents picking up my cat, got her into her carrier and eased the transition. Thank you 🙏

When your cat is staying with me I'll make sure to follow their normal feeding/playing routine. We have a lot of space, so you can bring as many things for your cat as you wish (including cat towers!). Fresh water, clean litter box and lots of plays - my top priorities! We keep our doors/windows closed when boarding cats, and if your cat wears a collar, we can provide an airtag for additional security and peace of mind.

A typical day
We live near Nose Hill park in a detached house, the area is pretty quiet. We don't have any pets or children in the house, so your fur friend won't be bothered by loud noises or unwanted attention. I always make sure your pet is experiencing as little stress as possible in the new environment. Some cats are playful and energetic, some are lazy and sleepy. Either way I'll do my best to make them feel safe, loved and chill.

My husband an I work hybrid, and most of time one of us is at home, and can take care of your pet, play during the day and entertain it. I also let cats wander around the house, there are no closed doors, so they can explore freely. We have big windows and they can watch birds and squirrels jumping around. I let cats sleep with us if they want, so if your kitty is clingy and cuddly they will get all the pets and attention they want!
