Our home is dog ready. We have a large kennel/crate (42in L x 30.5in H x 28in W), an area where food and water is available all day, and a large back yard with a tall wood fence. I also have a second kennel 36in L x 24in W (exactly like the one shown in the photo just smaller), if needed. I always keep water available both indoors and outdoors. I never feed dogs from different families together and I never leave dogs outside when we are not home. We have everything needed to care for your pet. In the last year we had to say goodbye to both of our dogs within 6 months of each other so our home is still a very dog friendly space. ***IMPORTANT*** Our children LOVE dogs, and we welcome your pets who are comfortable and friendly around young kids. Since my children are still small I have to be careful with what animals I let into our environment. I cannot take dogs who are prone to jumping on people, play biting hands and ankles, herding behaviors when kids run around, or possibly loud/needy at night time. If there are times when we leave the house during their stay we will put your dog in the kennel for safety. He/she will also need to go in the kennel at night time. Please note on your pet’s profile if your dog is crate/kennel trained. When your pup stays with us I will provide consistent updates and photos so you can rest assured that your pet is doing well and enjoying their time here. I prefer to take a maximum of 3 dogs at any given time, either from the same family or from different families- provided that the dogs are VERY friendly with other dogs. This way I can give the best love and attention to your pet like they were my own. I tend to get several requests for larger dogs due to the size of my yard. We love dogs both large and small, but I want to let you know this so that you will be aware that when you request booking, it is very possible that I will have a large dog boarding with me or coming over for day care. I will always ask permission of all pet owners before agreeing to take dogs from more than one family at the same time. I have a van with plenty of space to bring your dog along with us if we go to a park. We also live less than five minutes from an emergency vet hospital if they were to get sick during their stay with us. With dogs who are good with car rides, we love to take them with us when we are doing our weekly errands as well. I can offer sitter pick up/drop off for an additional fee within a 10 mile radius of Euless.
