Pet care experience
Hi. I have taken care of my own pet rats starting at age 11 by building a routine with feeding, cleaning and playing. And have always helped take care of our family pets until I got a dog of my own. I have worked at a doggie daycare supervising and interacting with large amounts of dogs at a time. Animals bring me so much joy. So I want to return the favor and make sure they are happy and content and their needs are met.

Why I think Katelyn will be great for this position. First because she is the most kind hearted generous and caring person I’ve ever met. If I would go out of town she was the only person I trusted in fully committing and taking care of my animals the way I would. She is a person who will make the room look better and brighter after she was there. Just in general a great human being. She is educated and has had multiple positions where she cares for other people. And makes sure their needs were met and more. She always takes a lot of passion into her work which makes her an amazing person to work with and be around. She always holds her own weight. And for her to work with something she cares about so much would make her only work harder. She is a true animal lover. You would be sorry not to hire her for the position. She is awesome!

I have a fenced in yard and doggy door so my dog has free range to go in and out. I take my dog to the dog park often and he loves all the dogs and all the people. I regularly groom and pay close attention to any changes in health so I can be proactive about handling any concerns. I can travel, give walks, feed, administer medication, stay overnight or provide care throughout the week.

A typical day
I love to throw the ball in the back yard for my dog and chase him around out there. We have a huge tree which provides lots of shade. I am also surrounded by fields which provides a beautiful, peaceful and cooler place to walk.

My current work schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm. I’m always willing to stay the night with your pups and spend time with your pets after work.
