Pet care experience
My pups were a major part of my childhood. We always had one ranging from shitzu, black labs, to my now current beagle-mix. Before I moved to NYC, I was the primary caretaker for my cute-as-heck family dog, Copper (beagle mix). Since moving, my friends have helped me get my dog fix by letting me watch/walk/feed their dogs. I've stayed overnight for a week at a time, given medication and kept dog on his routine. One dog I watch frequently actually suffers from anxiety so I am comfortable dealing with that. I'm a great dogwatcher because I'm very attentive, observant and I understand dogs in an odd way. They just make sense to me. I am a freelancer so I never have a set schedule, which leads me to being pretty flexible.

Katelyn is absolutely fabulous! I have a rescue pup who can be a bit skiddish with certain things and she was and is so great with him. She is punctual, responsive, reliable, and sends me updates/pics. I completely trust her with my pup! Whether you have an easy or tricky pup - Katelyn is a great and responsible walker - I would absolutely recommend her!
I couldn't think of a more passionate and responsible person to look after your dog than Katie. One of the first things that becomes apparent about Katie after you meet her is her love of dogs - it doesn't take long to figure this out. Being around dogs always brings out the joy in her and I honestly believe that being around her brings out the joy in dogs. Her own dog is one of the most important things in her life and I have no doubt she would treat any dog that she is looking after with the same love and care as her own. She is a natural with dogs and your pet would be in very safe hands with Katie.
Dear Dog Owner, I've known Katelyn for many years and have no problem recommending her as a dog walker, dog sitter or a dog lover. Nothing makes Katie happier than to be able to spend time with pets which has been difficult since moving to Brooklyn. She has friends that put in long days and they know that there is always a terrific, trustworthy person to come over and take care of their dog. One of her happiest days was when her friends arranged it with a neighbor to surprise Katie on her birthday by being able to spend a couple of hours with his dog. You would be hard pressed to find someone to take care of your dog.
