Pet care experience
My first venture into the professional pet industry was in 2009 as a Bather/Brusher and Groomer in training. Since then I have held jobs in the veterinary industry and continue to further my education. In December 2023, I decided to retire as a groomer to focus on my undergraduate degree. Some semesters may be in person up in Stephenville, but for the most part I have a flexible schedule when my classes are online!

Katelyn has been caring for my pets for a few years now. I want to keep her to myself and write this review. However, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust! She’s so sweet, great with all animals and so knowledgeable. I know I don’t have to worry and they’re in good hands.
Katelyn is the only person I would trust to care for my critters. Not only is she responsible, reliable, kind, and compassionate; but she also manages to go above and beyond for every single client. You won't be disappointed in the level of care she offers. A multifaceted animal caretaker. She can provide basic training, grooming, and the every day care needed for each critter. She has experience with all types from cat and dogs to pigs and sheep to horses and cows. She's the best you could have in the area and I'm so thrilled she's now accepting clients!

A typical day
A typical visit is tailored to each family. We can work on activities such as a basic training refresh, playing fetch or their preferred toy, outdoor walks, snuggle together, and light grooming (brushing, wiping eyes, cleaning ears, etc.).

I live near Pearl/Purmela and would love to focus on providing care for pets in our extremely rural area. Hamilton and Coryell counties are also available depending on amount of check-ins and days of the week.
