Pet care experience
***I require a copy of your pet's vet records to ensure vaccinations are up to date. Please bring a printed copy or send via email*** I am very interested in dog nutrition, training and sports such as agility! I have attended several seminars, workshops and classes in order to educate myself. I have 6 years of experience working with high energy, active dogs but I love dogs of all kinds! I love hiking and hike with my dogs at least once a week.

Katelyn did an amazing job of taking care of my 1 1/2 year old lab mix, Charlie. He’s still got puppy brain and is very active. During his stay (4 days) she sent photos of Charlie so I wouldn’t worry and she took extra time (and patience!) with Charlie’s special needs. I highly recommend Katelyn and Christopher!

Absolutely a great experience! They were so kind, provided us updates and pictures of our girl the whole time. You can tell they really love the dogs they watch and treat them as their own. 12/10 recommend!

We are highly focused on creating a calm, safe and loving environment for your dog. All dogs (including 2 resident dogs) are crated overnight for everyone's safety and relaxation. This means we only accept dogs who are fully crate trained!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs. I am able to give medication or accommodate any special diets including raw or home cooked meals. ALL dogs are fed separately, which is one of the reasons why we require your dog is crate trained! I also need to know if your dog has a tendency to resource guard or has any triggers so I can avoid these both at home and/or on walks.
A typical day
We dedicate a lot of time and energy ensuring your dog will be mentally and physically fulfilled while they stay with us. All dogs will receive a neighborhood walk/day in addition to lots of structured playtime. We have a fully fenced backyard where dogs are supervised 100% of the time to ensure playtime is safe and productive.

I am currently a graduate student, attending classes online. My schedule is flexible. My husband Chris also works from home, so there is always someone at home.
