Pet care experience
I was born and raised loving animals. I can’t remember a time when I did not have a dog in my life. Growing up I had everything from snakes and turtles to guinea pigs and rabbits! I’ve always had a love for animals, had I not become a preschool teacher I would’ve been a vet! Now that I have my own family we have adopted many a wonderful dog from local rescues. I can honestly say these animals are part of our family. In addition, I have always helped take care of neighbors and friends animals, mostly dogs but an occasional kitty too. Mostly just spending time, loving, feeding and walking them. I’ve even taken dogs and bunnies in to babysit while friends are out of town. I am very confident in my ability to care for any animal!

I highly recommend Kate as a fantastic pet caregiver! She has been incredibly responsible and loving towards our tortoise, Jordan and four dogs, Louie, Bea, Calvin and Millie. Kate goes above and beyond by not only ensuring their basic needs are met but also by taking the dogs on regular walks around the neighborhood a few times a day. Her genuine care and attention to each pet make her an excellent choice for anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate pet caregiver. For Kate You couldn’t hire a better person for this job. Kate has cared for all kinds of animals dogs, rabbits, lizards. She has taken in dogs from Tijuana and given them second chances. She used to watch my dog for me when I was away on vacation. My dog loved being around her and her family. Kate was my neighbor and was always there for me and watching out for me as I’m older and live alone. Kate is reliable, patient, easy to get along with and caring. Availability
I am currently working part time as in a special needs preschool. I have availability in the mornings before school to drop ins or walks. I am finished with my school day at 2 pm so I’m available for walks and drop ins until the evening.
