I am an animal lover who grew up with both cats and dogs. Currently, I have a 12 year old energetic English Setter and one feisty male kitty who does well with other dogs. Most of my experience is with medium and large sized dogs with varied temperaments. Dogs I care for are able to roam around my home with comfort, having access to my furniture and a fenced in backyard. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for you and your pets. I will give your fur babies the love and attention needed while you’re gone. I am happy to send pictures and updates, and also give your pup daily exercise. I enjoy going on hikes, walks on the boardwalk and spending time outdoors.

I’ve booked drop in visits with Kate multiple times for my cats. She takes great care of them and always sends pics and updates from her visits.
Kate was absolutely fantastic! She took excellent care of dog Apollo, sent us regular updates and photos, and was very communicative. She really made the weekend easy for us while we were out of cell service on a camping trip. Apollo had some digestive trouble over the weekend and Kate handled it like a professional: she made sure Apollo was comfortable and still having fun and kept us in the loop so we had no reason for worry when we came back into service. Drop off and pickup were also a breeze! We recommend Kate to anyone looking for an attentive and caring sitter. We plan to book with her again!

Schedule
I currently work full-time, typically between the hours of 8a-4p. I do, however, have a flexible schedule that allows me to adjust my time accordingly to best meet individual needs for daily walks, potty breaks and snuggles.

I have a fenced in yard. On one side my neighbor has a small senior dog who barks. I am also a mom to two young girls who I care for 50% of the time.

We like our neighborhood walks, going on hikes and playing in the different river and lake areas. We also enjoy our snuggles together. Often we enjoy car rides too.
