Pet care experience
I love dogs dearly and have had two of my own in the past, both medium-sized rescues. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends dogs as well, ranging from Chihuahuas to German Shepherds, so I can handle anything you need to throw at me. I love all dogs equally and will treat them all with the respect and endless love they deserve. (But don’t worry, I can be strict too! I trained my own dogs (old ones who did in fact learn new tricks!) quite well and will definitely keep up your training.) I’ve also had years of experience babysitting children so I know how to keep an eye on little troublemakers!

We got so lucky to find such a sweet, fantastic, and patient sitter. Kate was just wonderful, doing everything I asked (including sending me lots of pics of my baby) and Sadie adores her. She administered Sadie's meds and took her on good, long walks. The house was very clean when i returned. We will definitely be using her services again and highly recommend her.
Kate was great! She was super easy to work with and came at the scheduled time to drop in on my cat Mikey! Mikey seemed to love her based on the photos she sent from her visit! I would highly recommend Kate when you’re in need of a sitter :)
Kate was wonderful; she’s an excellent communicator, caring and attentive to our pets. She is highly recommended!
Kate did a wonderful job taking our dog for a walk. She was available for a meet and great ahead of the scheduled time so or dog could get to know her.

I do not board dogs but am very comfortable and experienced going to your house to walk, feed, snuggle, and spend time with your pets. I’m very open to staying overnight if your pup is more comfortable in their own home (I don’t blame them!) Have a look at my reviews to see more!
Information Kate S. would like to know about your pet
It's important to me to know whether a dog is trained or not, and what commands they respond to well. It also makes a huge difference to know what they're scared of—fireworks, the mailman, etc. And let me know what they like (any specific treats, best spot for scratches, etc.) so I can make sure to give them all the love they need while you're away.
A typical day
I love to hike, so if your and your dog are comfortable, I'd love to take them for an appropriate trek. I can also promise playtime and lots of cuddles!
