Expierienced pet owner and animal lover . I currently have two rescue dogs and three cats . I grew up with animals my entire life . I specalize in difficult to handle dogs. Dogs who are overly protective of their homes/owner. My boyfriend and I are both sitters/ walkers on Rover. He is a retired K-9 officer and we now specialize in training and sitting difficult to handle dogs. Dogs that are extreme pullers and more. I just request a meet and greet to make sure we are a good fit. I have lots of references upon request. Both of my dogs are very high energy hunting dogs so I am used to needing to take long walks/runs to tire them out . I work part time and have a fairly flexible schedule . I am comfortable with all walking , feeding, playing, giving medications ( including injections ) and caring for all breeds/sizes of dogs, cats, and most rodents . Kate is great with our dog Walker, who is always eager to go on walks with her! She is reliable and good about communicating before and after the walks. She also has been taking the time to get to know Walker and his particular quirks (he’s not leash trained). I highly recommend Kate, especially for a dog like ours who isn’t fully trained and is a strong puller during walks.
Kate was fantastic! My dog does not like letting strangers into the home. After a few visits, Kate can walk in and hook up his harness. She is the only dog walker who has been able to gain his trust. Before meeting Kate no walker was able to get into the home let alone put on his harness. She is so patient and caring with my dogs. She is the only dog walker I trust. She sends me lots of pictures after each walk. She also keeps me updated on things that may seem little to some but are huge to me. My dog used to go nuts whenever he saw another dog on his walk. Kate was so patient and has worked to break those bad reactions. She doesn't just walk your dog. She trains them in good manners, gets their exercise in and gives them so many pets and attention. I could not ask for a better dog walker.
Kate is great and has walked my dog Kelly countless times. My dog Kelly is very timid when meeting new people and also tends to pull a lot during walks. Kate is very patient with Kelly and has earned Kelly’s trust. Kelly is about 75 lbs and Kate easily handles her on all of their walks. Kate is extremely reliable unlike some other walkers who have cancelled last minute. I would absolutely recommend Kate to anyone I know and I will continue to use her.
Kate is wonderful with my dog. My pup absolutely loves her. Kate sends videos and pictures while on her walks. I'd definitely recommend Kate as a dog walker.
