Pet care experience
I have always had an immense care for animals. I have grown up caring for my dachshund back east, recently went back home just to train my parents new puppy as well. I've been walking my neighbors dog here every day for 5 years, and Ive even been an animal care volunteer at the aquarium. Being around animals is truly my calling. I am open to any of your care taking needs and am eager to get to know your bundle of joy! I've recently quit my job due to a big and unexpected life event so I’m available to give walks and play time through the day with flexibility. One of the reasons I love dog sitting is from the unconditional love from dogs. In turn I love being able to make pets happy, since they make us happy without even trying. I'm known to be reliable and trusting, and am ready to give some pup TLC!

Kate was lovely and Lou took to her right away. He was a little nervous having a new sitter for the first time in a while but they were snuggling together within minutes. She gave us regular updates and even stayed calm and collected while she got locked out of the house and had to wait for a locksmith because we gave her the wrong key to the front door (whoops!). She did great with Lou’s meds too. We will definitely be hiring her again!
Kate took such great care of Cake. I received daily pictures and I could tell how much she enjoyed spending time with my dog ?
Kate was great! She was extremely flexible and communicative. She sent me pictures throughout Walters stay and Walter had a blast!
Kate was an excellent, relaxed and friendly dog sitter. I felt guilty leaving my dog with a stranger but at first but I was fortunate to have found Kate to care for my "fur baby". She sent me plenty of photos and text during Chubs stay and it was clear my Chubs had a wonderful time! I will definitely be using her again if I should ever need to board him again.

Typically, I take dogs to parks nearby if it's not too busy and I am here for all the play time & cuddles inside as well. As I'm familiar with anxious dogs, shy dogs, and over hyper dogs I am used to tailoring a routine to what's comfortable and directed by the owner.

As Im navigating a life change and on the job hunt, I am flexible with hours. I'm used to puppies and older dogs who have specific routines and can directly cater to those as I have no restraints with a 9-5 job now.
