I have lots of experience looking after pets from growing up with my own two Labradors. They were perfect companions for long walks and outdoor adventures, having particularly big doggy smiles when at the beach and doing hikes. They still live at home with my parents but I borrow them for an occasional walk. Tudor and Margo had two litters of 9 and 8 pups which I helped care for, so I am able to handle a bit of puppy chaos! I’ve also helped out taking care of my grandparents and friends pets. From having my own dogs, I can understand the potential concern someone could have leaving their dog with a stranger. For this reason I would be more than happy to do a call or meet up before arranging sitting services to give you an idea of who I am and introduce myself to your dog. I currently work from home with occasional days in the office. I can easily do dog walks within a few miles from Pontypridd before work (I typically start at 9am), on my lunch break (which can be taken at flexible hours), or after work (between 4-5pm). If I am sitting at the dog owners house I would be able to let the dog out throughout the day on an hourly basis for around 10 minutes due to hourly work meetings and calls. Having looked after my own dogs, I am aware of things to look out for to take good care of dogs when at home or out and about. I am responsible and would be prioritizing your dogs safety when with them, whilst also giving them some fun and outdoor adventure. I am more than happy to send pictures and updates so you can check in on what your dog is up to so you can have a peace of mind for their safety.
