Hi there! I've had 20+ years of dog-sitting and dog-owning experience. We currently own an energetic 5-yr old Aussie. My 12-yr old daughter loves dogs too, and she'll be shadowing me on most jobs. Your pup will get twice the love!

Kate was wonderful with our pets (dog, two cats, plus two rabbits and fish!) while we were away for ten days. She went above and beyond to get to our house when it snowed, even snowshoeing up a trail and having her Jeep-owning neighbor give her a ride! She was great with checking in and taking pictures so I could see everyone looking happy and well-cared for throughout our trip. She also did things to keep our house running smoothly while we were away, taking out the trash bins, bringing packages inside, unplugging outdoor fountains and detaching hoses when it was going to freeze, vacuuming the area where the cats often track litter, etc. I will definitely hire her again to care for our pets!
Kate is wonderful with pups! She is always considerate, reliable, and trustworthy. My energetic boxer loves all his time with her, can't say enough good things.

What type of play makes your dog happiest: chasing balls, sniffing trees, belly rubs? Where are your pup's favorite places to explore? Please let me know if your dog is reactive to anything, like other dogs, so I can be sensitive to that when we're out and about.
A typical day
For drop-in visits, we'll happily chase, tug, throw a ball, snuggle, whatever your dog needs! For dog walks, we'll go at your dog's pace, whether they need a jog or a leisurely stroll. We love to help with skill-training, so let us know if there's anything in particular you've been working on.

Availability
On weekends, my daughter and I will be providing dog care as a team. On weekdays, I have mid-day availability for drop-in visits or walks on my lunch breaks from work.
