Pet care experience
I've loved dogs ever since I was a little girl! I now have a 9 year old Dalmatian/greyhound mix named Cooper that I love with and care for. I've always grown up around dogs, and have never met one that I haven't absolutely adored! I have 5 years of dog watching and house sitting experience, as well as 7 of dog walking. Dealing with medium to smaller dogs is my preference, but I can certainly handle large pups as well! I have open availability, but am taking some online college classes which are very easy to work around! I'm looking into being a veterinarian in my future, so there is no animal I will shy away from. Anytime you need a dog watcher or walker, I'll be there! Additionally, I have 2 cats under 3 yrs old, Hank and Randy. I love creatures of all kinds, and will be happy to assist you in delivering your pet’s needs!

Kate has grown up with pets her whole life (cats, dogs, even a couple of lizards!) she cares deeply about her own animals and those she’s caring for. She’s knowledgeable,responsible and loves a snuggle from a furry friend!

If you’re an animal has any medical concerns or physical limitations, I would greatly appreciate knowing ahead of time. I can administer medication if and when necessary. Additionally, if the animal exhibit any problem behaviors such as aggression toward other animals, children, etc.
A typical day
I love to engage with animals both physically and mentally. I believe keeping dogs, active and mentally stimulated provides great benefits to them. This may include playing, fetch, going on walks, playing with their favorite toys, going to pet friendly community, setting, such as the dog park..

I am currently taking online courses so my availability is fairly open. My only time constraints are between 12-4. I work as a Behavioral Health Technician in a Autism Spectrum Disorder class during these hours.
