Pet care experience

Please, ask questions of me and let me know if there is anything that you need clarified! :-) Boarding: I am available to board dogs under 20lbs. Dogs do not need to be crate trained, but please let me know if they are comfortable with other dogs or need to be kept separate. Walking & Drop Ins Very comfortable walking dogs of all sizes. I have experience with various behaviors - from aggressive to skittish. I have trained three of my own dogs with severe behavior issues using only positive behavior modification and reinforcement. House Sitting: I am also a nanny and have experience coming into homes to take care of family members. I have experience with administering medication to animals.

Kate is a wonderful care taker and would be great for Rover! She has a dog herself and is always going on walks with him, paying attention to him, and giving him what he needs to have a happy dog life.
I would highly recommend Kate. She is a wonderful and very responsible pet caregiver. She is also caring and energetic and has very good training skills with all dogs. She is patient and organized and would follow all instructions for your family pets while you are away. Kate loves to take dogs on walks and runs or will sit with them quietly for extra company and love if needed. I have left my pets with her and she has taken great care of them! Roberta C.
Kate is a wonderful canine caregiver. As a teacher, she is able to bridge the gap between discipline and love. She is unflappable and determined. She is thoughtful and attentive. She also just really loves dogs and loves playing with dogs (without letting them run all over her).

We go around the neighborhood, there is a dog park within a few blocks that we frequent, and there are several forest preserves within 5 minutes of my home that we like to visit! I also have a fenced in yard and enjoy spending a lot of time outside!
