Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was ten years old. I can take care of dogs of any size or activity level. I do not have any formal dog training but I have spent lots of time on YouTube educating myself when I was training my own dogs. I have two fluffy labs (ages 5 and 2, they live at home with my parents, they are our family dogs). I have had animals my whole life and see that as just another family member who needs some taking care of I enjoy going on long walks and usually asks friend if I can take their dog with me for some company.

Kate was hired to care for our Berner for a weekend and we cannot speak more highly of her. She went above and beyond our and our dog’s expectations in care. Our dog would be content with human companionship and endless pets, but was provided with so much more including socialization, exercise, play and lots of love. Kate’s understanding of dog behavior and needs and innate connection with our Berner absolutely made both our dog and us equally comfortable and highly satisfied in her care. We, and our Berner, have full trust in Kate and without a doubt would hire her again.
Kate did a great job with our mini GoldenDoodle willie. She was communicative and sent pictures and willie lovd her!
Kate is wonderful with our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. She is consistent in our training plans, completely dependable and cares deeply for animals and their wellbeing. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

I do not have a fenced in yard. Any dog leaving my apartment with me is leashed. A quick bathroom break is usually taken by just walking around the block but any walk I usually hop in the car and drive to centennial park so the dogs can be unleashed ,if allowed, and not have to walk on the sidewalks of Burlington. I can house uncrated dogs as well as crate dogs if one is supplied.

Availability
I’m a full time nanny but am looking for some extra cash when the kids go back to school this fall. I am free first thing in the morning until about 2 in the afternoon for walks. I work on a farm and can bring the dogs with me to work with me. The farm is a great dog environment with acres of land to run and play in.
