Pet care experience
Growing up on a farm, I have taken care of animals my whole life. From dogs to cats to horses to donkeys -- I have a passion for taking care of and being around animals. I just moved to downtown KC and miss being around dogs! I have thorough experience with dog walking and dog sitting. My experience consists of daily walks to dog/house sitting for two weeks with puppies as young as 9 months old to dogs who are more senior. I really enjoy being outdoors and talking dogs along on long walks.

Kate would be a wonderful pet caregiver because she has grown up loving and owning animals her whole life. Kate grew up around horses, dogs, cats, and a miniature donkey, so she know how to handle animals of any size and difficulty. After she’s been around and cared for my own dog multiple times, I have seen she has the responsibility, patience, kindness, and attentiveness that every pet owner wants their animal to be treated with. I have a nice sized, pet friendly apartment in downtown KC that is surrounded by green space as well as a dog park. If you are comfortable, I am happy to give your pet some playtime with my parents gentle golden retriever (6 y/o) in their fenced in backyard. My apartment has hardwood floors and is easily accessible via elevator if your dog struggles walking up stairs. Having extensive experience in dog care, I am confident in my pet sitting skill and ability to pick up on dogs signals and needs.
