My parents bred German Shepherds when I was growing up, so I am very experienced in caring for dogs. Not only did I help out with the liters, but also helped out with the puppies as they grew. We also had many dogs throughout my childhood who I grew very fond of. In college, 2 of my roommates had black labs who I often cared for as they went out of town. When moving out to SF, I made the move with my friend Lauren and her dog Wellie who lived with usfor the last 8 months but had to go back home. I am very much missing having a pup around! I am in medical device sales and usually work from home 2 days a week and other than that I am in and out of my apartment on most days. With that being said, I can't say exactly what hours I will be home and what hours I will be away, but I am available to be home at least every 2-4 hours. I live in an apartment right down the hill from Lafayette Park, so there is a nice place to take dogs during the day for bathroom breaks and walks. I wouldn't say I have a "typical pet care routine" as I tailor this to whomever I am pet sitting for. I also had cats growing up and am very comfortable caring for cats as well.
