Kate was absolutely divine. After another sitter fell through around 8pm while I was standing on their porch with my dog on a leash ready to be boarded, I found Kate who was in all ways helpful with making sure I had everything set for the very next day at 7:30am to have her board him. Due to an unfortunate accident I had to extend my trip, She was flexible and able to accommodate an unexpected update to my itinerary and went above a boring to make sure my dog had food throughout the extension. She even sent him home with more food 🥹 Kate, thank you! You’re an angel. Mufasa looked happy, well taken care of and healthy when he was picked up.
Kate was so patient with me and my questions. I told her she couldn’t send too many pictures and she definitely listened! Always responded to me when I messaged. As someone who uses dog sitters almost weekly, I definitely would recommend her and will be using her again.
I was so happy to have Kate look after my 9 week puppy in the comfort of my home. She was on time so I could get to my event and clearly had lots of play time with him, as he was passed out by the time I got home.

I believe that dogs need frequent exercise and outdoor time, if they are able. My apartment complex has a dog park that I utilize to help the outgoing dogs get their energy out, as well as frequent walks for all of the animals in my care. Dogs are allowed on the couch and provided access to their food and water at all times, as well as their comfort spot (crate, etc.). While I may leave during the day the animals are not alone for more than a few hours at a time. As an owner of a dog with special needs, I pay very close attention to each dogs individual needs and treat them all as if they are my own.

Please let me know if you have any concerns about your animals before dropping them off. My dog receives injected and oral medications, so I can provide this for your animal as well. If your dog in nervous in groups, let me know and I can block off the entire day for them!
A typical day
I like to keep dogs busy all day and return them tired! Your dog will receive several group or individual walks each day, as well as time in the dog park (if allowed or requested) and time snuggling up on my couch!

I am a full-time teacher who cares for animals over breaks and weekends from Friday afternoons to Sunday evenings. My summer availability is, of course, much more open. Now accepting Spring Break Bookings! My calendar stays up to date.
