Pet care experience
I've had dogs my entire life & treat them as family. My dog is allowed on the furniture and on the bed. I decided to open my home to your fur babies because I've had a difficult time finding a pet sitter that's going to love my girl same as I do and figured there are others in the same boat. I currently have a golden retriever mix, she's about 65lbs and has been socialized with dogs of all sizes. I also have a cat that thinks he's part dog lol. He and Izzie play and wrestle and he's not afraid to run through the house with her. He also gets along well with dogs but he's also not afraid to give them a swat if they get to up in his "business". I've taken care of pets for family members & friends in the past and Izzie loves the company!

Took great care of my girl during her weekly drop in visits
Kate is absolutely the best! I left her with my timid little chihuahua and she took such good care of him. Sent me daily updates and photos. She is a true animal lover and I would not hesitate to take Louie back again. I am grateful for all she did to make him feel at home.
A review from my rebooking: After scheduling Kate for a weekend shortly before my longer trip, I was encouraged to see my dog excited to return to her house. He clearly recognized the place and had a good feeling about returning. So, that was a big plus when leaving him again for 10 days. And I knew Kate was giving me good, honest feedback when she described my dog as being a bit pensive at first, which I fully expected. She didn't try to sugar coat it and just say how great he was doing. I appreciated the honest responses. I mean, she could mention that he just stayed in the kitchen and wasn't very excited as a matter-of-fact observation without making me nervous, for I knew that my dog was well cared for but just getting used to being apart. Two days later I knew she was doing a great job when she described my dog as I know him, and mentioned specific details about his behavior that she would only know if he had actually come out of his shell and warmed up to her. By that point I was convinced leaving my dog with Kate meant he would be fine. She clearly loves and understands dogs. I think she did a great job and I'm super appreciative. She kept in touch, she updated me with photos, and my dog was happy and healthy when I retrieved him.
Kate did a great job with my dog Clare. She had so much fun she’s been sleeping since she got home!

I have a good size yard and long tie out that will allow your dog to roam the entire yard. It is not fenced in & I generally don't leave dogs outside on their own, at least not long. Usually I'll take them out to potty and bring them back in or sit outside with them if the weather isn't bitter cold or raining.

I work from home 3 days a week so your pets can come for daycare on these days and will be looked after & have plenty of play time because being home alone is SO boring. 😆
