Pet care experience
I have worked at stables, vet clinics and volunteered with rescues. I'm a "human" Nurse, but my skill set transfers easily to animals. Care, patience and tons of love. I am capable of administering medications, and skilled at special needs for dogs.

This was Kate's first time watching Bodhi and minding our house and it all went very well. Kate handled all the dog care duties easily and on-time, and left our house cleaner than it started. Our dog, Bodhi, is an anxious guy and Kate seemed to have a calming, reassuring influence on him. Just to be clear: Kate stayed at our house overnight during this visit. Our dog needs an overnight human or he flips out.

Kate was fabulous with our precious fur babies. She was very safety conscious, reliable, communicative, and met all of their needs. Excellent dog/house sitter, we were very impressed and will be inviting her back!
Katie was terrific with Juno and I came home to a happy dog and tidy house. Got plenty of updates and great pictures too. Would happily work with Katie in the future!

I am at ease with high energy and couch potatoes. I am unable to do separation anxiety, no leave care. I need to leave to care for my pup at my house periodically
A typical day
Anything from back yard ball play to chilling on the couch. Your dogs routine is my agenda. You tell me, and I will do. My goal is for them to feel as little life interruption as possible.

Availability
I work M-Th 6-4. I am available for overnight stays, primarily on weekends! Overnights on weekdays are for animals that can be home alone during my work hours. I have lots of energy to engage and play! I do need to be able to leave periodically to check on my doggo at my own home and go out to eat, so no separation anxiety pets please.
