To be honest I'm always trying to hang out with dogs because I miss my family dog, Ginger, who I grew up with. She lives in Michigan with my mom and is On My Mind constantly. In addition to loving my dog, I also have experience living with roommates' dogs, including taking them on walks, feeding them, and dog-sitting while my roommates are out of town. I'm an artist and do freelance work in addition to my part-time job, so I have a flexible schedule and am open to last minute gigs! I work some weeks M-F, at which times I'm available after 3, but other weeks that I'm working on freelance work I have a more flexible schedule, and can most likely work around your schedule.

Kate is a wonderful dog sitter! She took care of my dog Max while I was out of town for two weeks and set the bar impossibly high for any future caregiver. She created a color-coded feeding and walking schedule, sent me daily photo updates, and cheered Max up while putting my mind at ease. There's no one I trust more with my dog than Kate!
Kate is a wonderful, funny, smart and caring person! She has been my roommate for 10 months and my friend for 3 years. I have a 5 year old miniature dachshund with a big personality, and Kate has been an incredible person to live with. She often will take my dog out, watch and play with her when I'm at work (I work full time), and has babysat her on multiple occasions when I'm out of town. I love all breeds of dogs! Before sitting a dog I would like to know their allergies, if they're in heat if they're a girl, general personality, what to be cautious of if they're anxious little babies, and what makes them happiest!
A typical day
We can go to the dog beach, we can run, walk, and play fetch and tug of war at the park, we can chase each other until we get tired, little pup can have a responsible amount of treats (not too many, I promise), naps when necessary, and we can howl when sirens pass by.
