Hi! I live near Sugarhouse SLC with my 3 year old Pyrenees, Mozzi. I work remote so I am home all day with the doggies. My life pretty much run by them! It’s like Dog Camp around here 🐶 🏔️ Details: •I have a huge, fenced in yard •I take max 2 boarding dogs, 1 daycare dog + my dog Mozzi. So 4 dogs max, if there are anymore I always check with the owners •I usually pick dogs that have similar temperaments and who’s routine is similar. I take all dogs sizes - I’m less concerned with breed or size of your dog, and more focused on their daily routine and personality (do they like to play or hang with while I work, are they a “human dog” vs a “dog dog”), are they anxious or go with the flow, are they crate trained or more of a couch surfer? All of these are totally fine- I just like to know! •Some dogs prefer to run around the yard and play for exercises or enrichment, and some prefer walks around the neighborhood and to sit by my feet as I work. I welcome all personality quirks and make sure your pup has an amazing stay, so great that they hopefully won’t even realize you are gone! • All that to say -it’s a dogs world around here. Your dog might have so much fun, they might not want to come home!

Our dog Max loved being taken care of by Kate and so did we! Kate was kind, generous, communicative, and she is fantastic with dogs. She surprised us by sending photos and videos of our dog playing, napping, and having a good time. It was wonderful to see and bought us comfort.
Kate was absolutely amazing! She sent so many great photos of Nova and was super helpful with communication.
We had an excellent experience having our dog Ares stay with Kate. Kate was very communicative with us. It was a great feeling going out of town and knowing that our dog was getting such great care.
Kate does a great job!!! Scout has stayed with her multiple times now when we’ve had to go out of town. He gets lots of attention and love and is always so happy when we pick him up!! We will definitely keep booking with her in the future!

How I keep them safe and loved: I also have “dog room” with XL crates and a bed. I like to make sure every dog has the opportunity to have their own space and feel secure. Some dogs prefer the crate, some dogs prefer the couch. Some dogs sleep with me - I leave it up to them! I’ll usually feed the dogs in crates or different rooms, however, to make sure everyone eats enough and can take their time eating 🐶

I would like to know if your dog has any type of food aggression or resource guarding (I’ll just make sure to feed them separately). Id also like to know if your dog can jump a fence or needs any type of special care (older dogs, arthritis, sleeping arrangements). Thanks!
A typical day
I play a lot of fetch, take many walks, and administer a lot of treats #treattime. If the weather is good, and the owner gives the go ahead, I’ll sometimes take a trip to Tanner Park or Run a Muk. I usually make sure I’ve formed a relationship with the dog before I do this to make sure they don’t steer to far! Availability
A typical day: I’m home pretty much all day - I work a flexible, remote job. This means lots of time to play fetch, cuddle, and hang out with the crew. There are times I may need to do human things, but they are never alone for more than 4 hours!
