Hi! My name is Katarina. I am 21 years old. I’ve grown up with dogs in the home my whole life. While I am home from school, I am the main caregiver for my dog at home. I am responsible for keeping him fed and well exercised. Can handle big dogs. Work well with old dogs. Excited to meet, play with, and help you care for dog(s)!

I recently started a new full-time job and needed someone to walk, feed, and spend time with my dog while I’m at the office. I am so so glad I found Katarina to take on these tasks! She is the perfect caretaker for my dog, Sunshine. She is timely, kind, organized, and a great communicator. I would hire her a thousand times over. Highly recommend!
Katarina is amazing with my little guy Bear (a Javanese). He gets so excited every time she comes over! They always go on nice long walks and he is ready for a nap by the time they get home. Bear can be a little rascal to walk and Katarina is so patient with him! She usually brings some toys of ours with her to play fetch with him which is such a help to get his energy out. I highly recommend for anyone in need of a dog walker.

I do not intend on caring for dog(s) in my own home. I am happy to adjust to owner’s wishes and preferred methods of caregiving. I always use a harness/leash when walking pets. I understand that different types of dogs have different levels of friendliness upon first meeting new people or other pets. I am very patient and happy to build that relationship with your pet!

Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about caring for your dog before arrival! Will they chase after squirrels/bikers/other dogs on walks? Are they friendly or prefer to be left alone? How often do they like to go out? Do they prefer to play or walk? These questions and more are super important for your dog’s safety as well as my own!
A typical day
If there is a backyard area, I love to run around with them, usually having multiple toys or tennis balls on deck. I like to walk them around the neighborhood, especially by the water if possible. I find that there are a lot of good smells to keep them entertained!

I am a full-time student, but my class schedule allows me a lot of flexibility to care for your pet(s) at a time the best works for your schedule. I am free 7 days a week.
