Pet care experience
From cows to kittens, I have cared for pets my whole life! Since college, I have been the go-to sitter for my friends with pets and I hope to continue that trend now that I have moved to DC. I like to run so whether you have a high-energy pup that can handle a couple miles, or a sweet older one that needs just a short block or two, I’d be able to care for your pet’s needs. Also, I probably love walks just as much as your dog so we are sure to both have a great time :)

Being in an apartment, it works best for me to care for pets in their owner’s home. When I have pet sat in homes in the past, I have been very respectful of the owner’s property, their pet’s routines and specific needs, and making sure I left the place cleaner than when I found it. I have done overnight stays, as well as drop-ins. I’d be happy to provide references from those I have sat for in the past!

I am a runner so we can hit up one of the great trails in the DC area, go to a dog park or check out a cool neighborhood together!

I am currently studying for a professional license so I’m pretty flexible these days. Even once I obtain my license, I plan to still care for pets in the evenings and weekends as my schedule allows!
