Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and my passion for them runs deep. While I don't currently have a pet of my own, I've cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family while they were away on vacation or trips. Although I would love to have a furry companion, my upcoming plans for further education mean that I must focus solely on my studies and limit additional responsibilities. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Rover, which allows me to meet and care for so many adorable four-legged friends! ***PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING*** -Meet and greets are always complimentary. I kindly request that they take place at my apartment, allowing your pup to become familiar with their new surroundings. -I am insured by PCI, which covers much more than rover guarantee -Dog drop-off and pickup are allowed between 8 am as the earliest time and 10 pm as the latest time. -I typically care for up to 2 pups at the same time if I think they will bond well. If you need individual care for your pup for whatever reason, please let me know. -If you or your pup are anxious about boarding for a long period of time (1 week+), I highly recommend you book a day care prior to the big trip to help ease into the process. -Requests for doggy day care exceeding 10 hours will be subject to a 25% extended care fee to ensure comprehensive attention and care.

I am committed to meeting your pet's needs, even during the late hours of the night. Should they require a bathroom break at 1AM, we will happily oblige. If they experience anxiety from being in an unfamiliar environment, we can explore solutions such as increasing their exercise regimen to help alleviate nervous energy and promote better sleep quality. However, I always prioritize open communication with the pet's owner and seek their approval before implementing any additional measures. To keep you connected and reassured during your time apart, we provide regular updates, photos, and videos, so you can witness the fun and love your dog is experiencing firsthand. We understand how important it is to stay connected and ensure you can relax, knowing your dog is in capable and caring hands.

Daily Routine: Please share your pet's daily routine, including feeding times, exercise preferences, and any specific habits. 2.) Vaccine Status: Are your pet's vaccines up to date? Ensuring a safe environment for all our guests is our priority. 3.) Separation Anxiety: Does your pet experience separation anxiety? Please let us know if there are any effective strategies to ease their stress. 4.) Behavioral Issues/Quirks: Any behavioral issues or unique habits we should be aware of? This helps us create a safe environment tailored to your pet's needs. 5.) Medications and Vitamins: If your pet requires medication or supplements, please provide detailed instructions. 6.) Potty Training: Is your pet fully potty trained? This helps us maintain cleanliness and provide appropriate support if needed.
A typical day
There is a lovely dog park 5 minutes away from me we can walk to. In addition, there are other parks in the area so we can switch it up a bit. For extended stays, I would love to do some fun activities like getting puppuccinos at Chateau Le Woof or Starbucks, go hiking upstate, hit the beach in Long Island, dine on the patio of a dog friendly restaurant, join in apple picking in spring, etc. We have a car, so our options are limitless! Is your dog more of an at home and chill kind of lad? Let's cozy up in the couch and watch a movie, play tug-of-war, indoor fetch, or a fun puzzle game! I have a spare 36-Inch w/Divider crate if your pup needs it, multiple puzzle games for both cats and dogs to keep them stimulated, spare bowls/slow feeders, bed, chew toys, balls, plushies, additional bully sticks, and treats. My goal is to not only to watch over your pup, but to have fun!

WFH grants me the flexibility needed to provide attentive care for your beloved pet. My partner, Nicole, has a hybrid work model so this enables us to offer round-the-clock attention! Whether it's mealtime, administering medications, play, walks, or any other aspect of their well-being, your pet will receive our undivided care and support. If I am unable to accommodate a pick-up or drop-off, my partner and I can seamlessly switch roles, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
