Crazy Cat (And Dog) Lady

Hi there! My name is Kat. In my experience section I said I have 8 years worth, but the truth is I've been surrounded by animals almost my entire life. I grew up with 3 hamsters, a chameleon, a big chocolate lab, and SIX cats! I only have one pet left, my beautiful, grumpy 19 year old cat named Molly, but I love all animals. I took care of my cats as they got older, including my diabetic cat Smokey (I tested his blood sugar and administered his insulin). I have also become a regular house/dog-sitter for a married couple and their little senior dog called Raj. He takes a few different medications and I take care of that.

Kat was extremely trustworthy and took great care of the house and pets while we were away. She provided check ins every couple of days too. She stayed in our house and we came home to it as it was left…a bit better even :)

Kat was great, had no worries about my cat or hamster while I was away. She came in everyday for 6 days which was super appreciated as my cat gets lonely easily!

I am very careful and responsible when it comes to taking care of your pets and your homes. I always make sure the fence/gate is closed before they go out, I always make sure their harness/collar/leash are on properly, and I follow their feeding/medicine schedule exactly. I am also careful and respectful when it comes to staying in someone's home. I keep the doors locked at all times, I clean up any messes I make, I don't invade their personal spaces or eat their food.

I need to know if they have any allergies/dietary restrictions, if they need any medication administered, and if they have any issues with other dogs.
A typical day
It depends on what area you live in. For more energetic dogs and longer walks, I can bring a toy or tennis ball to play fetch with them. For normal walks I'm pretty cool with them stopping to smell whatever they want on the ground (but obviously I don't let them eat anything). I keep them away from other people and dogs just in case.

I'm currently unemployed, so my schedule is pretty open for gigs. The only regular responsibility I have is helping out with my grandparents, but they are very flexible. They understand my jobs come first.
