I'm all about dogs and always get excited when sitting them. I have loads of hands-on experience raising my friendly 18-month-old beagle-lab mix, Lego. Your furry buddy will get special treatment and a cosy, safe spot here. They'll be treated like family during their stay. My place is perfect for dogs that have a decent amount of energy because Lego loves to play and go for walks. He's pretty chill the rest of the time, usually taking long naps. Your dog will feel right at home, getting lots of love and attention. Contact me about lower rates for small dogs under 10kg :)

Im new to Rover so leaving Elvis for the first time was very nerve wracking but Im over the moon with how Elvis was looked after and treated like part of the family, there really was nothing to worry about, I received regular updates of photos and videos on what they were getting up too each day 🥰 He seemed to be having lots of fun & cuddles. Kat looked after my 1 year old Shih Tzu overnight. She was very welcoming and made him feel very settled. Lego is a lovely dog and seemed to get on well together. Highly recommend.
Amazing looked after Mac at short notice and even when we was 45 mins late it wasn’t a problem thank you Kat.

My dog is very friendly and gets stressed by aggressive behaviour and non-friendly barking so he will be the happiest with joyful and up for the play dogs. He might be very very excited when he sees your dog at first - he cools down after a bit and a fair amount of sniffing each other.
A typical day
Aside of the walks, I always try to do some basic training so the dogs can be mentally excersised and work for their snacks. I am home almost all the time and if they going to be left alone it will be no longer than occasional 2 hours or school pick ups

Availability
I work from home and care for my dog with at least 3 walks a day, with a longer walk in the afternoon and a hike or at least 3-4 miles on weekends. I have a decent-sized grassy garden and plenty of space in the 3-bed home with great access to the beautiful outskirts of Peak Districts, hill and field walks. I live with my 8-year-old daughter.
