I've been on Rover since 2015 and have the 5-star reviews to prove it! I started watching dogs/cats (and other furry friends) because I was struggling to find a trustworthy and reliable sitter. So I decided to become that sitter :) I have tons of experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and needs. I'm familiar with providing medication or any type of special care (I have 2 seniors, 1 of which is blind) and the technology your pet uses (litter robot, automatic feeders, etc). I've been around all types of animals my entire life so nothing is new to me. My family even owns 4 ducks if you're in need of a duck-sitter?

My senior pup had a wonderful time with Kat and her two dogs! I could tell he immediately felt comfortable and at home with her. I loved that Kat sent me regular updates and cute photos throughout the day. Dropoff and pickup were super easy -- Kat was very prompt. Would absolutely recommend Kat and I'll bring my dog back to her for sure!

Check-ins: I am professional and you can trust me with access to your home. I live in the Outer Sunset and will travel up to 1 mile for you. You can expect detailed photos and recaps, while also being able to enjoy your time away without getting bothered with questions, as I can follow directions pretty closely and independently. Overnight stays: We have no crates so if your dog prefers that, please bring one with you! We have ample dog beds (more than we have dogs) and everything is dog-proofed with baby gates and pet staircases. Your dog will have a good time in our home and big backyard!

Meet & Greets are great. My seniors prefer chill dogs, but still enjoy a good play session. Meg and Shrimpton prefer dogs over the age of 5. Please be sure to leave me with specific instructions - their schedule, preferences, any quirks. the more specific the better!
A typical day
Dogs: We love walking all over the avenues and playing in our big backyard. We typically go to golden gate park (25th ave area) once a day. Let me know if your dog prefers the dog park. In-home playtime is always fun too. Just let me know what your pet prefers.

Availability
Overall, I am responsible, experienced, and willing to work around you and your pet’s schedule. I work from home as a sales manager, so my schedule is flexible! My sister owns San Francisco's largest independent pet store, The Animal Connection, which is a few blocks away from home so we love to stop by for treats.
