Pet care experience
I've had Alaskan Malamutes since I was born, and have a lot of experience taking care of large dogs because of this. I can handle a dog that pulls on the leash, and have enough of an authoritative voice to get their attention and keep it. I also have 5 cats currently, two of which have strict dietary and health needs. I am capable of giving medications, as well as keeping pet foods separate from other pets if need be.

I always try to make sure that I get well acquainted and comfortable with each pet, and know their needs ahead of time. With my cats I make sure they get all of their medications mornings and nights, and are fed regularly. The cat boxes are changed once a day, and I play with them whenever they are in the mood. With dogs I will walk them once or twice a day depending on their activity level, and make sure to leave plenty of time to play throughout the day.

I need to know if your dog has special needs including activity, diet, and/or medication. I also need to know how your dog handles interactions with other animals, and if that needs to be avoided. Anything that could cause a problem while the dog is being taken care of would be preferred.
A typical day
Depending on the area and climate I love to take them to areas that they can run around off leash so dog parks are always fun if the dog is friendly toward other pets. If not I can take them on walks and play with them in a yard that is familiar to them.

Availability
I work and have school all day Monday-Wednesday every week, but I will be done with classes around 12pm on Thursdays, so I am available for overnight pet sitting gigs Thursday-Sunday. Any dog walking or pet check ins I will also be available for during that time.
