Pet care experience
I am a very active person, which means I would love to take your dogs on runs/ walks/ hikes/ doggie play dates/ etc. I have job shadowed at a vet hospital before, and although not certified, I am well educated on pet health. I have owned many dogs myself, and have worked with many different breeds (Dobermans, akitas, German Shepards, Belgian mallinois, basset hounds, pit bulls etc) and ages of dogs including puppies which I have had to hand feed, and old dogs as well. Overall my schedule is pretty flexible, so if adjustment of times or anything is needed I am open to that as long as it doesn’t conflict with any commited plans.

Kassidy took care of our dog and cat for a week while we were out of town. We knew they were in very goid hands and our dog loves her. We’ll definitely ask her to pet sit again.

Aside from basic care, mutual respect between me and your pet is of utmost importance to me as I want them to trust and ultimately build a bond they feel comfortable with. If your dog and I are not a fit I will respectfully inform you to please not schedule me for any service.

If your dog needs medication please tell me right away and give DETAILED information on how to care for your pet. Same thing if they have any allergies or if there is any location, food, etc that you DO NOT want me to give or take them.
A typical day
I love to Hike and I love water (as I’m sure your pet does too!) so going on trails or nature preserves is something I love doing. Depending on the dog I will take your fur baby to the dog park, trails, etc with your permission.

Availability
I do work a typical 9-5 but I work in office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays but otherwise work from home which gives me the flexibility to take care of your fur baby as needed. We can discuss your needs and your pets needs when we schedule- happy to spend time with your fur babies as I would mine!
