Over the summer when I'm not at school, I volunteer at my local animal shelter in Southern California. I have two dogs of my own, a Beagle named Peanut and a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix named Maya, both were rescued from the shelter I volunteer at. I am a student at Grand Canyon University as a criminal justice major and I have classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the afternoon.I also work for Public Safety on campus. I am pursing a career as a police officer with Phoenix Police Department and I plan on becoming a K9 officer. I should be starting academy in January. I love dogs and all other animals and it would be a pleasure to take care of yours, I miss mine who are back home!
