Pet care experience
I have been an animal care giver since I was 10 years old. I have had the privilege of caring for my own pets from puppy/kitten to senior pets until we had to say our goodbyes on 4 separate personal occasions. I definitely understand how important it is for medication to be given on time, and the accommodations needed to made to make things more manageable for the ones we love and often make us happiest! I have a 5 month old male kitten at present who is used to having cats and dogs around him. I will do my very best to stick to the routine you have with your cat or dog. Hopefully you send me a message so we can do a meet and greet to see if we will be a good fit for your family.

When we went away for the weekend Kassandra stopped in multiple times to ensure we could leave our pets safely at home. Kassandra went absolutely above and beyond, and sent photos/messages throughout the stay so we were updated on what was going on. Our pets love her and so do we! Couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter!
I met Kassie literally the night before I dropped Puppy off for the day and it went amazing; I got a tour of the house and an introduction to her kitty and her two dogs. The whole family is wonderful! We talked about restrictions and what we each expect from the appointment, and it was a perfect fit. Throughout the day, I received MULTIPLE updates and many photos; it eased any nervousness I had. Kassie never gave Puppy anything from her treat-stash without asking me first, she was very respectful of my dog’s pancreatitis and prescription diet. Overall, 10/10, I would recommend Kassie absolutely any day. She is a wonderful caregiver!!!

I have been friends with Kassie for a number of years. She, until recently had an older dog named Lily whom she treated as one of the family. She showed so much love for I couldn't imagine a pet having a more caring owner. A few months ago Kassie got a cat named Sysco whom she plays with and takes care of very well also!

I would like to know what your dog can have for treats (if any) when they go out. Is there anything I should worry about on walks, will they chase other animals etc.
A typical day
The activities I do with your companion will definitely be based on what they enjoy doing. With my own pup previously, we went to the marina often for walks and a swim, played fetch in the fields at Chapels, walked at friendship gardens, went for hikes and swims, and played games with her toys. She also enjoyed car rides and treats:)

Availability
I have a flexible schedule. I have a few appointments in the day times and activities that I need to get my son to in the evenings a few times a week. So I am in a position where I can give your companion lots of attention and affection to help them feel comfortable while you are away.
