Pet care experience
I have loved caring for dogs through every stage of their lives. I have been through it all growing up with animals of all different sizes and temperaments and now having my own. My favorite thing about caring for dogs is watching them learn and thrive in an environment that provides appropriate exercise of their body and mind and lots of love. Key notes about my care: ~ Daily trips to the parks and beaches around ~ Have 2 male Australian Shepherds ~ Have 3 cats ~ Have the ability to fence off areas of my home to provide quiet time if dog needs some alone time ~ Have a fenced backyard ~ Close proximity to many parks & beaches ~ Somebody will be home with the dogs at all times

The dogs in my home stay upstairs where we spend 98% of our time. Cats are downstairs so they can comfortably have separation or come up if your dog is cat friendly. Have plenty of room for crates and separation if your dog needs some alone time or space away from our dogs. Yard is fully fenced in the back and are never left out there unsupervised

A typical day
~We will walk around our neighborhood and trail in the area - this will always be leashed time. ~We will go to local parks and beaches in the area like Meadowdale, Picnic Point Park, the Gulch System, Yost, and more. Most of these trips will be leashed outings unless owner specifies you dog does extremely well off leash and has excellent recall - in these situations I may let dogs of leash if the environment is safe. ~ Lots of playtime in the backyard.

Availability
I work from home Mondays and Fridays and my partner works from home full-time. It’s easy to take care of and be around your fur friend with full-time supervision while you’re away. Animals will never be left along for more than 2 hours at a time.
